Zoo Trip - 3rd Oct 2004

 

The Story

Marcus, Grace, Josie and I went to Taronga Park Zoo in Sydney on the October long weekend in 2004. Grace was only a baby, and Marcus was 2 yrs 5 months. We all had a fantastic time - Marcus really loved the giraffes, lions, tigers & meerkats.

This one was licking the rock wall. Obviously needed some more mineral in his diet! If you look really closely, you might spot the two zebras hiding in this photo... A chimp sleeps on a ledge I scream for you scream we all scream for ICE CREAM!!!
Marcus and his new gorilla pals Grace and Josie were there too! The big male lion slopes off to find a shady spot... ...whilst his partner lioness wanders down to the glass to check out the visitors
