More than 22 months have passed since the last update. In that time I've lost the website and recovered it, we've had a new baby (Grace) born into our family, and we lost Josie's father Jose to cancer. This is an interim update to show that we're still here, and Marcus' project will be completed as Grace's project gets going.

Man, so much has happened in the last four months! Marcus is growing so quickly, as you'll see from the following updates:

• Brought Project Marcus up to date with August, September, October, November, December & January galleries
• Added Marcus Galleries 5, 6, 7, and 8
• Added new photos to the Phoenix and Bella pages
• Whew!

Sunday, 15th September 2002

• Brought Project Marcus up to date with June, July and part of August
• Added Marcus Gallery 3, and Gallery 4
• Updated the Our Family page
• Added galleries for Phoenix (our cat) and Bella (our dog)
• Updated the Alphabetical Index

Thursday 18th July 2002

• Uploaded half of the June photos for Project Marcus

Friday 5th July 2002

• Filmed some cute footage of Marcus and uploaded a short 3 minute movie to the Videos page

Wednesday 26th June 2002

• Finished the May pages for Project Marcus
• Created the Marcus Gallery 2 page
• Finally uploaded the website!

Wednesday 12th June 2002

• Created the Marcus Gallery 1 page and the bones of the Project Marcus pages. 

Thursday 6th June 2002

More than 12 months since the last update, and we have moved back to Australia, sold our old house, bought a new one, invested in a new computer with broadband access, got a dog, and had a child! As you can imagine, that sort of activity generates a serious amount of photographic & video evidence, and over the next 12 months I guess I'll be busy putting trying to show it to y'all. But! Today I:

• Imported the web site into the new computer;
• Created the My Family page and started to construct the Marcus section

This is what we in the trade call "breaking the back of the job" - ie. starting!

Sunday 6th May 2001

• Put up the Videos page - you can now download some edited home movies of our travel exploits.
• Uploaded the BVI Video - go to the Videos page to download or request a copy on VHS or CD.
• Created the Cormac & Claire wedding gallery
• Tidied up the London Friends galleries

• Added my Resume to the Album;
• Put the Wedding of Stephen & Amanda One, Two and Three online

Monday 1st January 2001

At home in Virginia - trying to get the last six months organised!

• Added Sailing in the BVIs One & Two
• Cleaned up the Caribbean page
• Put up the Barbados gallery
• Got the Redskins vs Eagles game online - both Gallery One and Two
• Immortalised Josie and Gabby in the fifth New York Gallery
• Showed how crazy we got riding the rollercoasters at Six Flags America

Sunday 25th June 2000

Enroute London-Washington....did some final cleaning up to bring us almost up to date

• Added Norway One & Two to The Collection
• Put some more photos of Kym, Michael & Josie on Paris Three
• These beautiful Arum Lilies just had to be added to Places We've Lived
• Put Kate's birthday photos up on London Friends (sorry it took so long!)
• Honoured Shakespeare's Globe with a spot on the London Tourism page
• Uncovered more unpublished material, and sorted it onto the London Buildings & Monuments pages
• Documented the great time we had with Josh, Rachel, Kate & Nick one perfect day in early June 2000
• Added some photos to London Family from the recent visits of Jeanne & Mum
• Put two photos of New York's Grand Central Station up on New York Four
• Graced the Washington page with a few more photos
• Replaced the Sailing on Nicorette gallery that used to be on this site

Thursday June 22 2000

Waiting in Washington for my flight back to London, so I put up the Tokyo photos and the Lakes District One & Two galleries.

It's amazing how much time you have, alone in a hotel room in Washington! Today I put up the Monte Carlo galleries.

Enroute London-Washington...

• Added the Inside the London Eye gallery, showing some great shots of actually being on the wheel. See also London Eye One and Two 
• Created a new gallery with more Annapolis photos from recent visits
• Put our latest ski-trip photos online at La Plagne (March 2000)
• Changed the footer on the bottom of the pages to include a date of last edit and copyright notice
• Added the Amalfi Coast galleries, including Naples, Pompeii, and Amalfi itself

Saturday June 17 2000

Finally got my act together - all photos to be put up are now here on the laptop. Stand by for some bulk releases over the next month. 

Today was Barcelona day:

• Barcelona - general shots of our weekend there
• La Pedrara - Gaudi's fabulous apartment block
• Sagrada Familia - Gaudi's super-fabulous cathedral

A trip back in time - a hidden cache of photos - some old treasures dredged up and exposed for the first time!

• Added Paris Three, which is actually our very first visit to that beautiful city with my Mother
• Added Bath, a trip Josie and I did in August of 1998
• Added the Fastrack page, so that people on my project team know who's who

Added the entire Route to Midnight package, showing our travels during December 1999:

Also did some other work:

• Divided the  London Tourist photos into a number of galleries and made it easier to navigate
• Added the London Friends gallery
• Gave Spain its own gallery to house Madrid, La Gomera & Barcelona
• Put up the Cambridge gallery (with Michael)
• Added six "lost" photos to Ireland 1 (with Joey & Kaye)
• Put up the North-East London Walk gallery (Josie & Cameron)

Monday 27th December

• Added Malcolm's photo to Lisbon
• Finally added the Paris galleries and smartened up the France page
• Added the Sydney galleries from my visit in March 99
• Added the Southampton Sailing gallery and smartened up the UK page
• Added the Versailles gallery
• Added the Washington gallery and smartened up the USA page

• Fixed some of the top-level country pages so they load faster & look better
• Added the Jervis Bay gallery

• Changed the theme to "Sunflowers" - what do you think?
• Fixed broken links for Nambour & the Museum of Modern Art
• Added the BA London Eye galleries
• Add last weekend's trip to Vienna - a speed record!

Sunday 17th October

• Added an online photo album for the Wedding of Mairead & Menno
• Also reinstated the Sailing in Maine & Boston gallery

Wednesday 13th October

• Added the Madrid galleries

Sunday 10th October

• Found some missing disks that had more Courcheval photos on them, so I put them up! Expanded the gallery by about 30 photos

Sunday 3rd October

• Added captions to Germany Four (how did I forget those?)
• Put the New York photos online

Tuesday 29th September

• Fixed the link to the Loire gallery (you can actually get to it now!) & added Loire to the Alphabetical Index.
• Also fixed a small problem on the Caribbean page.
• Divided the Annapolis gallery into two, and added new photos to Annapolis One (it's a long story).
• Added five new photos to Art Gallery Three.
• Divided the London Family gallery into two, and added new photos to London Family Two (including those legendary shots of Jeanne!)
• Added Josie's Arrival.

Saturday 25th September

Added Family in London, Lisbon, Loire Valley, London Tourism, Melbourne, Nambour, and Oxford. No, I'm not going in alphabetical order - much!

Sunday 19th September

Added Ski-ing in Courcheval, Germany, Gold Coast, & Bermuda. Also developed Alphabetical Index.

Sunday 9th September

Launched redeveloped site, including The Art Gallery, Barging, Chesham, Annapolis, & Cote D'Azur.
