La Plagne

 

The Story

On March 10 2000 we leapt on the Eurostar to Paris, and then on to an overnight sleeper train out to the ski-resort of La Plagne, in the French Alps. It was the first time Josie and I had been skiing alone together - usually we organise a larger group. We hired an apartment on the snow, grabbed a snowboard for me and skis for her, and hit the slopes! La Plagne was quite beautiful, and we had a great time there.
