La Gomera One

 

The Story

We left Australia on December 27th, flew back to London, had a day of rest & washing, then jetted off to La Gomera in the Canary Islands. Due to missed connections & all sorts of strife, it took us more than 30 hrs to get the 1,500kms to La Gomera, as opposed to 22hrs to fly 12,000kms from Sydney! At Gomera we met up with two of our very close friends, Stephen and Amanda - who promptly announced to us their intention to get married! We were overjoyed, and I was extremely honoured to be asked by Stephen to be his Best Man. The wedding's in September 2000 - stand by for a photo gallery!
