Bath

The Story

We had a fantastic weekend in Bath in August of 1998, just after Josie arrived in July. We caught the train out, hired a car, and drove all over the Cotswolds & Devon, including Stonehenge. It's a beautiful town, highly recommended!

Bradford-on-Avon, near Bath, is a beautiful village. These buildings seem like they're centries old! Stourhead is a beautiful English Country House, now part of the National Trust. These are the gardens - or at least, a very small part of them, including a model of the Pantheon A place we never thought we'd see - Stonehenge, truly more awesome in real life Close to Stonehenge is another site calles Avesbury - a ring of stones, just as mysterious
